GKN Elevate is led by Dariusz Czarcinski, an engineer with a commercial mindset. 16+ years of experience in industrial networking, automation, business building, and strategic partnerships at companies like Cisco, Bosch, Infobip, and TransUnion.

The approach combines engineering rigor, commercial vision, and execution capacity. The goal is to deliver the kind of strategic partner only large companies usually afford, adapted to the reality of mid-market industry.
