Context

Independent racket sports coaches in Brazil (tennis, padel, beach tennis, squash) run today on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and memory. Typically 10 to 40 active students, PIX payments, classes arranged in conversation. No existing tool was designed for that actual workflow; the ones that exist are too heavy or too expensive for a solo professional.

The problem

Scheduling turns into chaos. Payment falls past due. The coach spends more time coordinating than actually coaching. Sales CRMs are too complex. Corporate calendars are too rigid. Spreadsheets do not remember to collect. The coach needs less than 30 seconds to schedule a class, charge a student, or send a reminder.

What we built

We built a lean CRM, designed from zero for the coach's workflow: register a student in a minute, schedule a class in 30 seconds, charge with a direct link. Simple interface, no heavy setup. End-to-end project, from problem discovery and interviews with coaches, to delivery in production.
