Context
Companies accumulate knowledge over the years: manuals, documents, presentations, policies, FAQs, training material. That content sits scattered across folders, drives, and wikis that few people read. Employees, clients, and partners ask the same questions, and the company answers them the same way, over and over.
The problem
Knowledge exists but does not arrive at the moment of decision. Human support is expensive and does not scale. Employee onboarding drags on for weeks. Partners drop off when they cannot find a quick answer. Content ages on a server while nobody knows, and the company loses the chance to turn what it already knows into competitive advantage.
What we built
onset. is a platform we co-founded that turns company content into reliable answers, delivered via chat and WhatsApp. The user asks in natural language, the system answers strictly from the company's material (it never invents beyond it), suggests personalized learning paths based on the user's level, and escalates to a human only when it makes sense. All questions and answers are logged and auditable.
Key capabilities
- Natural-language answers backed by company-curated content
- Automatic intent classification to personalize each response
- Learning paths adapted to the user's level
- Delivery over web and WhatsApp, meeting the team where they already work
- Admin panel for unanswered questions, so the company can evolve the content
- Authentication, monthly limits, multi-language (PT and EN)
Outcomes
- Company knowledge becomes an instant answer, with no wait for a human
- Support and onboarding automated without losing the human tone
- Humans focus on complex cases, not repetition
- The content the company already produced now generates value every day
- Full record of what people ask, a base to improve product and communication
